As always, life is all about choices. Our eternal destination is a function of our earthly choices. Nothing happens in a vacuum. If there is a result I want to achieve, then i begin to put structures and measures in place to ensure that i get the desired result. I would ensure that the seeds I plant look like the fruit I desire. It is the same principles in the spiritual.

From today's extract, if Life is my ultimate destination, then righteousness, mercy and loving kindness must be my daily pursuits. All three areas of focus - righteousness, mercy and loving kindness are products of a relationship with God, not human achievements or labour. No matter how hard I try, I cannot measure up to the requirements of God on my own. I need his help, his Spirit and his power to be able to get to the desired destination.

I must seek it with all my heart. The creator of the heart knows when i am sincere, and when I'm being hypocritical.
