Total!

The earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. Psalms 24:1 KJV

A statement of fact; a claim of ownership and possession: 'The earth is the Lord's'. Can anyone alive dispute God's claim over the earth? Can science fully and truly explain the origins of the universe or where the foundations of the earth are laid? Can something that was itself created fully explain its Creator? All that my eyes see, ears hear, mind conceives and the things they cannot fathom are all accounted for by the wisdom, power, might, strength and grace of the Creator of all things.

All things belong to Him, and he dispenses as He pleases. To some, he gives more, to others, maybe seemingly less. Who can truly measure his dispensations or argue with his/her lot in life? He does not neglect any of his creation, though it may appear that there is lack and poverty in some respects. Yet, there is no doubting his authority over all things, and man can only trust the wisdom of the owner and provider of all things that He knows what He's doing and whatever is given is done with amazing love and care.

Even in lack, I have to trust God's wisdom. When I do not understand the why or how, I rest in my personal experience of the Who, and because I know He's in charge, that's good enough for me. His time of favour is here.
