Relationships!

Psalms 139:14 KJV
I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.

Have you taken stock recently of the things that make up the unique personality that you are? Have you ever wondered why you are the way you are or why it appears you are peculiar and nobody else looks like you or could do the things you alone can do?
Have you sat down to consider if there's more to your life than what you have presently? Do u think it could have been better or worse? Is there anything you would have loved to change about you?
I'm sure these are legitimate questions that we all have thought of at one time or the other. We face circumstances that we can't comprehend and we wonder just why we need to go through them. We ask why it has to be us passing through conflicts. We question our salvation atimes, wondering whether we are saved or not, examining ourselves to see if we have missed it somewhere or somehow. In all these, there's God- quietly moving around the scenes of our lives like the all-wise director that he is, bringing about the various stages of our lives into the perfect conclusion he had planned long ago. It is He who has written down the days of our lives long before we were born and as we live from day to day, all our struggles, experiences, disappointments and achievements are all part of his book of contents for our lives. Nothing escapes his attention and nothing happens to us by chance or by luck.
What should be our reaction then: passive acceptance of all that comes or active resistance fo anything bad? Do we fold our hands in helpless surrender or do we force change? This is the beauty of relationship with God. He's a God of awesome power and knowledge that even evil can be turned into good by Him. He can work out good out of the most distressing of circumstances and he can bring about hope out of the most hopeless situation. That is the God who craves a relationship with us. He's the One who owns the heavens and the earth, yet he's interested in the tiny details of our lives.  We must learn to seek him and find out his will in all circumstances. Then can we have peace no matter what our external circumstances look like. His peace will outlast any experience and his life will outlive death. Seek him today, find his purpose and live life to the fullest. His time of favour is here.
