Time to go!

Twelve years they served Chedorlaomer, and in the thirteenth year they rebelled.

There's a lot of blessings that God has keyed into every life he has made. God has no empty created vessel. Everything he has made has got a purpose, direction and proper usage. Psalm 139 was careful to notr that ALL the days that have been appointed for his children had been written down in a book before any of them came to pass. That's God at his best, working from wherever you are now, to where he had already ordained for you long before you were borndi.
But here's the clincher: the devil knows it too. He will do his best to keep you from knowing what you are and have in Christ. He will ensure that you are too distracted and oppresses to give a thought to your standing, entitlement and inheritance in Christ. Until you know whose you are, you can never get what the owner wants you to have.
I wonder what kept the people in this passage oppressed for so long. Was it that they didn't know any better or they were comfortable in their oppression? Was it that they had no strength to fight back?  Until they broke free in their knowledge of who they were and what they had, freedom could not come. Until we peak in our desire for the knowledge of God and his desire and will for our lives, until we come to the saving knowledge of God and his ultimate plan of redemption for us, the devil will keep us oppressed, harassed and impotent.
It is time to rebel against false knowledge, oppression and deceit. It is time to rebel against the devil. Know your stand in God by knowing what he has said about you in the Word and take a stand against the devil by the Word. It is the Word that can sustain you, not your connections, collections and consumables.  His time of favour is here
