Teachable?

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you [who are willing to learn] with My eye upon you. PSALM 32:8 AMP

God is always looking for people whose lives he can use. His usage of a life depends on that life's availability. Too many times, we seek an announcement without a preparation. We want to be celebrated without being tested. Unfortunately, with God, his power and anointing are too precious to be sent on unprepared vessels.

We see God here stating his desire for as many as would surrender their lives to him. When you surrender all, you tell God- "Here am  I". You are telling God that you want to be used, you are yielded and available. That is the hardest part. We are by nature full of ourselves. On our own, we can never admit to our weaknesses and limitations. God's part is simple-  he will instruct and teach and show us the right path; ours is to surrender all to him.

Are you willing to learn? Have you surrendered control to the only One who can give true life? Are you teachable and reachable? Remember,  God is watching and seeing all. Nothing escapes his attention. With him, pretence, eye-service and hypocrisy do not work; only a sincere heart, seeking God and his purpose, will work. His time of favour is here.
