All Through Christ!

Now to Him who is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly more than all that we dare ask or think [infinitely beyond our greatest prayers, hopes, or dreams], according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations forever and ever. Amen. EPHESIANS 3:20‭-‬21 AMP

God At Work
It is always God at work, not our talents, abilities or qualifications on display. You don't succeed because you are good; you are only a success because God is at work in you. Purpose, destiny and impact are determined by God; all we can do is to make ourselves available for God to use. It is his power that works miracles, it is his power that is at work in us, it is his power that can move mountains, not our eloquence, connections or abilities.

Do We Ask?
If there is no asking, how do we prove God is real? If we do not travail in prayer, how does God prove his power and might in our lives? If hope is dead, where there are no dreams, God's word and work will not be felt. It does not mean that God is not there, but the ingredients required for his manifestation are absent. We must pray, we must hope, we must dream big. When you have that, you have the minimum requirements for a miracle, because God has said that he will take those prayers, hopes and dreams and work out something that will be incredibly bigger, better and higher than all we could ever think up.

Where the Praises Go
If I have understood my place and the undeniable power of God over my life, there is just one reaction expected: praise. God does not take food, bribes or gifts: all he asks from us is that we praise him. It is a generational call, a permanent responsibility and an eternal assignment, one that we can only prepare for here and continue in eternity. Do I have reasons to praise God? Am I seeing him at work in my life, doing that which he alone can do? Do I understand my place in the body of Christ, content to draw the world's attention to Him through my life? His time of favour is here.
