Located Right!

What a God he is! How perfect in every way! All his promises prove true. He is a shield for everyone who hides behind him. Psalm 18:30 TLB

Let met introduce to you the God that I have come to know. I confess that I can only speak on what has been revealed to me; God can choose to reveal himself in over 7 billion ways to each of the over 7 billion people on the face of the earth.

He is perfect in all his ways. The world's view of God isn't the right opinion; God's revealed truth is. He works from his determined end to where I am at the moment, meaning that everything I am going through now MUST end as he has planned.

All his promises prove true. The challenge is whether I trust him enough to wait for him. As someone said, we are a 'microwave and cosmetic generation', always interested in the quick-fix, the fast and the furious, we quick and the easy. Unfortunately, I have not seen the man God uses without first testing and proving him. His resources are precious and invaluable, and will not be wasted on a life that will not work it as He determines.

He is a shield to all who hide behind him. Check out God's position and your own location. You don't determine where you want to stand; you seek out the right place and hide yourself there. God is a  shield, yet he does not go imposing himself on people. He makes the invitation, and waits for a response and reaction. Don't think that because you know God well, and he has committed some great things into your hands, you can now run ahead of him, even where he has not sent you. You are only asking for trouble. The right position is to hide yourself behind him, nowhere else. Not even beside him as an equal, not in from of him as a superior, but in him, behind him. When troubles come, they must go through him to get to you. When things don't make sense, you don't have to worry about the facts, just make  sure you are located right.
