Learning Right!

Teach me to do Your will [so that I may please You], For You are my God; Let Your good Spirit lead me on level ground. PSALM 143:10 AMP

The secret to a successful life is the knowledge of the will of God. You don't learn it automatically; you have got to be taught by God himself. He reveals himself through several ways, one of which is by His Word. His Word reveals his mind and the assignment of His Spirit in us.

One thing that is settled is that once I change ownership and control, I answer to a different master. I do not lose my individuality; I simply surrender my life to the one who knows his plans for me, and has the power and capacity to bring them to pass. I do not become a mindless robot; I have only willingly and joyfully given my life to the One who can make the life itself worthwhile.

So, I must learn His ways. He is King and master and friend, and he wants and knows the best for me. I cannot please him if i do not know his will for me per time. The road is bumpy and rough, some days appear smooth sailing. Whatever comes, I rest assured in the truth that the owner of my life knows best, and all he allows has a lesson to teach me. No matter how the  road looks like now, I know the God who has perfect plans and has already guaranteed that all will end well. His time of favour is here.
